MWFA hosts multiple educational events each year, from seminars to plant tours, with one belief at the core: knowledge creates opportunity, and opportunity leads to success.

In addition to industry training, the MWFA proudly supports academic growth through annual college and trade school scholarships. To date, we’ve awarded over $1 million in scholarships to members, their children, and their spouses. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our members and industry partners.
